1. There is another human being on the other side of the internet. The golden rule "do not do to others what you would not like to be done to you" is applied on the internet.
2. Review your message and correct mistakes before you click "send". It means you take time to review the contents of your message, check your spelling and grammar, people will get to know you online by your written words.
3. Be legal and ethical always on the internet. Documents, images and other media on the internet are works of other people, if you want to use them, make sure to ask permission from the author.
4. Help the newbie. The newbie needs an assistance in using the computer.
5. Share your knowledge. If you can share your expertize to a topic being discussed or asked, do not hesitate to share your views.
6. Respect others. You should respect other people's privacy, disability of other people and peoples opinion and belief.
7. Be sensitive to others emotions and culture. Do not take advantage of anyone. If someone have difficulty in using computer, help them.
8. Keep flame wars under control. Always hold your temper if the message makes you angry.
9. FORGIVE and CORRECT PROPERLY. If it is only a simply error, better not to say anything against the message. But if you wish to correct, do it privately rather than in public.
10. Value other people's time. In sending message to other people, do not nag them to answer you quickly. Send short and direct answers to questions.
